About the Company:
Haley Tricycles is an urban cargo tricycle manufacturer in the Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood. Hand built for transporting large, heavy, or numerous items around town quickly and efficiently, owner, Stephen Horcha is dedicated to creating reasonably priced, eco-friendly transportation. Horcha’s largest market is the growing mobile library trike trend. In 2016, The Free Library of Philadelphia purchased Haley Tricycles for two branches to jump start their mobile library program.
Haley Tricycles can be found all over the U.S. and parts of Canada, however the largest source of pride remains within the Philadelphia market. Notable clients include coffee roasters, La Colombe, Peddler Coffee, HubBub Coffee, and community organizations Asian Arts Initiative and Lutheran Settlement House.
GOALS / OBJECTIVES:
Haley Tricycles was in need of rebranding with a priority on print collaterals for trade shows and marketing events. Specifically the annual Philadelphia Bike Expo.
Owner, Stephen Horcha was looking to translate the design aesthetic of his cargo trikes a a classic 1960’s aesthetic while the design while a modern feel. The result is the current logo used in collaterals pictured. The collaterals are also used in the retail location Firth & Wilson Transport Cycles.
